FUTURE PLANS

At the end of this year and in the first half of 2021 we are planning 4 JOINT CAPACITY BUILDING EVENTS (regional/local specific targeted 2-day events) for capacity building which will equip TU in EU from 6 participating countries with relevant and important capacities for effective and efficient industrial relations in Eastern, Central and South-eastern Europe.

3rd event: CYPRUS 6 - 2021

CBE no. 3 – Bulgaria JUNE 2021
•Day 1 - Seminar: training on digital skills (WP2 – Report 4), presentation on the Green Deal/Renovation Wave and the relaunch of the economy with a focus on energy efficiency skills to overcome the effect of the crisis.
•Day 2 - Workshop: suitable digital tools for the implementation of the proposed communication strategy

4th event: BULGARIA 11-2021 CBE no. 4 – Cyprus OCTOBER/NOVEMBER 2021

•Day 1 - Seminar: skills gaps (Communication, Management, Networking, Crisis…WP2 – Report 4).
•Day 2 - Workshop: Work in groups and role plays to practice the communication skills, covered during the first event
